Massacre without pity: the indescriptible horror of the Chinese fur industry

By publishing these dreadful and deeply disturbing images coming out of China, we want everyone to be aware of what is truly hidden behind the trim of their collar or hood; aware of the living conditions in which these animals are kept, and the way in which they are put to death. This indescribable shame has no place in a world we can call civilized. For this to cease, the public needs to know the truth, so that every responsible and humane person will never wish to wear the product of such great suffering.

Dogfights are not only deliberate murder; they're also part of a dirty business.

Any dog can bite if it's raised for that purpose, but some breeds are known for being more "aggressive" than others.

Any dog can bite if it's raised for that purpose, but some breeds are known for being more "aggressive" than others. The goal is to get to the dog to be aggressive and combative, so that when it gets a negative stimulation it responds by attacking. Aggressiveness is the ability to react with excitation in a potentially dangerous situation.

Dogs are used as alive baits to attract sharks

Several parts of the bodies are used for the fish-hook: the hind paws, the forepaws, nylon yarn sewn in muzzle, in the skull, hook in the pendulous lips.

The Reunion Island counts approximately 150.000 stay dogs left to themselves, victims of regular and particularly cruel maltreatments. The dogs are used as alive baits for the shark fishing by hooking them before throwing them overboard !

The consumming of fur concerns all of us!

A picture worth a thousand words!

The massacre of animals for fur, wether it's a coat, a purse or trimming on a hood, leather, suede etc. is useless. There's no need for us to pump our superficial ego even more by encouraging this practice, just to look good.

Important Update! Iams Funds Cruel Researcher From Wright State University

For nearly 10 months in 2002 and early 2003, a PETA investigator went undercover at a Iams contract testing laboratory, where a dark, sordid secret was discovered beneath the dog- and cat-food manufacturer’s wholesome image.

Peta's investigator found dogs who had gone crazy from intense confinement in barren steel cages and cement cells, dogs who had been left on a filthy paint-chipped floor after chunks of muscle had been hacked from their thighs, dogs who had been surgically debarked, and horribly sick dogs and cats who were languishing in their cages, neglected and left to suffer without veterinary care.''

Did you know that pigs are more intelligent than cats and dogs?

Your food has a face

A lot of farm animals are mistreated. They're also fead to grow faster so that the meat industry can boost their revenues faster. On their way to the slaughter, these animals often are already dead, sick, infected, injured and not able to stand up due to small spaces they were confined to, bad treatments they have endured and fast growing of their weight which their legs and heart cannot support. Dead, alive or sick, they go to the slaughter house to finally end up in our plate.
